Mixed Experience, Some Issues Noted
terrible noise isolation missing desk
The room I was given was not great. The noise isolation was terrible. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and the hallway. It was hard to rest properly because of constant noise, particularly early morning activity. The ongoing noise was disappointing. the lack of a proper desk made working difficult.

Really good stay downtown
historical sites sea view friendly staff
The location allowed me to walk to many historical sites easily. I appreciated the sea view from my room. The staff ALWAYS greeted me with a smile and offered assistance, which i greatly appreciated.
The coffee pods in the room were not refilled daily. I WISH this was automatic.

The hotel provides easy access to historical landmarks. The location is a significant advantage for sightseeing. The hotel also arranged excursions with reliable companies, a VERY convenient service.

The breakfast buffet featured many choices. I enjoyed the variety. The restaurant staff, CANAN and Omer, provided wonderful service. The hotel café offered a selection of drinks and snacks throughout the day.

My room included a comfortable bed, a balcony with a good outlook, and adequate space. The rooms offered beautiful decor, were very clean, and had excellent service. I HAD a room overlooking the sea.

usb ports complimentary cake fruit basket
the room included charging points for both androids and usb ports i did not need a universal charger. complimentary cake biscuits and fruit were in the room upon my arrival. the minibar required payment for use.
the hotel was located 5-10 mins away from the major attractions streets are cobbled i should have packed better shoes.

a wonderful hotel experience!
friendly staff convenient location varied breakfast
i was very happy with my stay. the staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the location was super convenient for exploring the city. breakfast had many choices, i found something new to try each morning.
The minibar prices were a bit high. I would have liked more affordable options!

creaky bed fully booked
the room they gave me was a 'premier double room' or so they said. the bed, oh the bed, it creaked like a haunted house. i toss a little and it sounded like a symphony of squeaks and groans. i asked for a different room, but alas, they were all booked up, everyone loves creaky beds i assume.
